This is my wife's car. I bought it for her with 1100 miles on it. It was gently driven during the Spring, Summer, and Fall for the past two years and garaged when not in use. It has never been to the track and it has been driven gently. The car does need new tires and the cost is about $3000. I have not included this expense in the sale price because people have different tire preferences and I didn't want to pick a brand which is different than what the buyer may want. If you want to buy the car with new tires, add $3000 to the purchase price and I'll have the tires installed, mounted, balanced, and the car aligned for you when you pick it up. There are three different factory approved tire brand/model combinations. This car is flawless with the exception of some minor scratches on the plastic front valence from typical parking lot bump and steep driveway scrapes. Since this part is made from black plastic, it can easily be changed, but a new one will get scratched again with use. The balance of the 48 month/ 50k mi. factory warranty remains and is good until 3/10/13. You can add $3k to the purchase price and buy it through my local Porsche dealer and get a CPO warranty which should give you an additional 2 years and 100k miles.
