Up for sale is a 1993 GMC box truck with a 14ft box. This truck is a retired uhaul truck. I purchased the truck about year and a half ago for my business which I no longer have. I dont use the truck anymore other storage. It has the big block 454 engine with an automatic trans. Odometer reads around 185k. When I purchased it the owner told me that the motor was replaced with a newer motor out of another uhaul truck which had under 80k at the time. I dont have paperwork on that to prove that is true or not. I was going on that persons word. I did have the truck looked at by a mechanic when I purchased it and they said it was in great working order. It probably could use a tune up now though. I did some little things to it like put a new fuel pump in it and fuel filter, cleaned out the gas tank when I had that dropped. I put 6 new tires on it which have about 800 miles on them, maybe even less than that. It runs good and shifts good. Has a little miss when on the highway. One spark plug wire has the boot missing and I think it is arching off the exhaust manifold causing the missfire. The body of the truck cab, frame and box are in good condition. It has some dents, no major rust. Has some paint missing on hood which now has turned to some light surface rust. It is still painted like uhaul had it. The box was covered with a white wallpaper like material by the previous owner but since is peeling and the old uhaul decals are showing. Inside of the box is in nice shape with no leaks. Passenger side window crank does not work, ac doesnt work. Heat works great. Inspected until the end of this month. Will pass inspection with no problems. Any other questions please ask.
