2004 BMW 320i: This is the Canadian equivelant to the 325i. Car was originally purchased in Canada by the previous owner. The speedometer and odometer display kilometers only. Body and interior are in great shape but the drivers sided carpet on the floor does show some wear and there is a small ding on the drivers side front fender, just ahead of the tire, it is barely visible in the pictures but it is there. The mileage shown is in kilometers in miles it is 161,819 miles. The car does use about a quart of oil every 500 to 1000 miles and will sometimes smoke a little when starting but does not smoke while driving and does not leak oil or any other fluids. In an effort to fix the oil problem I had the crankcase vent valve replaced but it did not seem to help. The work was done by Plaza BMW in St. Louis, MO (314)301-1706 on 2/28/12. They also replaced the front rotors and brakes at that time, and had the right rear bearing replaced at Jackson Tire in Jackson, MO (573)243-8481 3/2/12. The head gasket and the oil pan gasket were replaced by the previous owner just before I purchased the vehicle in January. I was told by Plaza BMW that the next step to stop the oil usage was to replace the piston rings or I can just drive it like it is and add about a quart of oil every 500 to 1000 miles. I am selling the car because it was purchased for my son and he has decided now that he would rather have a truck. Everything works great AC, Heat, Stereo, Windshield Wipers, Sun Roof etc. The seats and dash are in excellent condition. I can provided the name and the number of the previous owner upon request.
