This is for a Very Rare factory 455 Big Block LJ.This car was special order by the original owner in 76.It was owned by him up until 2009.I purchased it from the second owner this year.I have a copy of the original one owner tile.Always a southern car.I also have all the books and manuals.This is the correct miles acording to the original owner:84K. 1976 was the last year of the 455 motor as a option.Very few Grand Prix came with it.It has all the right options.Factory Real leather Bucket seats.Factory Gauge Pack with rare factory tach.All Gauges including the Tach work perfect.Power drivers seat.Tilt wheel.455 4 brl with turbo 400 and a 3:08 Posi rear end.It was ordered cornering lamp delete.The car runs and drives Great.The steering is tight and brakes are excellent.The 455 cranks right up and runs smooth,no knocks,no smoke and no ticking.The motor is tight.The Turbo 400 trans shifts perfect.There is a slight exhaust leak on the drivers side at the heat risor.The doughnut needs replacing.Tires ride smooth but are old and dryrotted.The car has all 5 Rally wheels.All the power options work great, with the exception of the cruise,It will work sometimes.The a/c has some charge and still works but will need servicing to be cold.The compressor is good.The dash has a couple of cracks but nothing bad.See Photos.The drivers seat has some wear to the leather.The original thick carpet and headlinner is perfect.The door panels are good and the doors open and shut like new.Normally these doors sag and rattle,but not the ones on this car.The power windows are smooth and fast,as are the power locks.The rare factory sport wheel is in Great shape and the tilt column is tight.The car is very straight and very solid.The only rust issues are a few areas at the rear of the top below the back glass.These area can be easily fixed.It rusted from the outside in, and hardly ever got the trunk wet.The rear glass does NOT leak.There is NO rust in the trunk at all.I put the a/c duct tape around the glass to cover the few holes at the bottom so it would stay dry since the vinyl top has been removed.The window channel is not rusted thru,just a few spots below it and on the passenger side glass corner.The glass is still sealed and the car doesn't leak inside.No funny smells,except old leather smell.The rest of the top/roof is very good and just needs the old glue removed.I have all the original vinyl top trim,plus I have a extra set of rear window trim for a non vinyl top car.I was going to do it with out the vinyl top and add the original Hurst Hatches to it.I have the complete 2 gen Hurst hatch set up removed from a very low milage wrecked 77 Grand Prix.It comes with everything including the top seals and all interior trim pieces that you will need.The photos tell the story and the car is priced right.**** It will be SOLD AS IS.*****The photos on this one speak for themselfs!!!!****See my other items for sale.I can arrange to have it delivered for you,if you like.Email for a Quote!!
