The last service was at 84,977 miles and was performed 4/18/12 by Leith Mercedes-Benz in Raleigh, NC. It is current on all periodic services (fluid changes, etc). Condition is excellent. Only very minor blemishes can be found on close inspection. It certainly does not show its 85k miles as it really is overall very well kept. The car is bone stock. I've replaced the original 18x8 front wheels with 18x9 rears so that the car is 18x9 (with 275/35/18s) at all 4 corners to improve handling and make tire rotation possible. It also has light 35% tint. The tires are near the end which I have factored into the price. I have not replaced them in anticipation that the next owner, being an enthusiast, may have a strong tire preference and this will allow him/her the opportunity to have the tires desired. **Warranty is transferrable and is an absolute must on this car. The one I purchased was the highest level of coverage via Chrysler Factory Plans which covers Mercedes from when Mercedes (Daimler) and Chrysler were one company. This plan cost me $3485 w/ $100 deductible. The plan is fantastic and is no longer available for purchase. I've only had one claim and the plan paid $2800 with no hassles. The car has been extremely reliable and as one of the last E55s made (March 2006 build) before the switchover to the E63, it seems to be one of the best built examples. This has been a fantastic car serving my 60 mile round trip daily highway commute since 2008 and certainly has had an easier life than most E55s! I'm only selling due to my recent purchase of a CL63 and I hope to find a good new owner to keep taking care of it. One last thing...I notice that AutoCheck shows an "accident on 2/9/12". That is a major overstatement...My car was parked at labor & delivery at the hospital (45 minutes after my daughter was born) and a pick-up backed into it with their trailer hitch. It required replacement of the plastic piece surrounding the license plate that attaches to the trunklid. It was called an "accident" because it was fixed by the other person's insurance but it was basically a non-event. No real accident. I have a picture of this if you're interested in seeing it.
