(RELISTING BECAUSE BUYER BACKED OUT) We purchased our Acadia in the summer of 2009 as a GMC CPO (certified preowned) vehicle (the powertrain warranty is good through March 2013 or 100,000 miles). We've had several 'family' vehicles, but the Acadia is without question the perfect family car, we love it, it's perfect for our needs, however my wife wants an Enclave - which is pretty much the exact same car, but, whatever. I did a lot of searching to find the exact Acadia that we wanted, and after a couple months I found it 500 miles away. Happily, it was worth the trip because this vehicle has been flawless. We've owned it for about 29,000 miles and never had any issues. All recalls have been done, and aside from oil changes every 3000 miles, and fluid changes about 10,000 miles ago, the car has never needed any other sort of repair. It equally has never been in an accident, or had any paint work done. There are a couple minor dings and nicks, but nothing major or unexpected. About 7000 miles ago we put on brand new tires, air filter, and brake pads, so this car is ready to roll, it literally needs nothing, and functions perfectly. It is FWD, so it does get better gas mileage than the AWD models, and it is actually good in the snow. The options on top of the SLT1 trim package are as follows: -Dual Skyscape Roof -19" wheels -Rear DVD entertainment system -Trailering package (to my knowledge the vehicle has never towed anything) -Power liftgate -Rear captains chairs -Remote Start
