Never any wrecks, damage, or repairs required. No modifications. Always stored indoors and just not driven very much (averaged less than 4,000 miles per year). I purchased this car in Houston in 2007 when it had 17,000 miles on it. The car moved with me to Denver then to Salt Lake City. It has made several trips back and fourth to St. George and southern California. Almost all of its miles were on the interstate. It has been driven pretty easily and pampered. The "5 owners" shown in the Carfax promotion probably includes previous dealerships. This year model Carrera was rated 330hp and had a 0-60 tested time of 4.9 seconds. There has never been a single drop of any fluid on my garage floor from this car. In fact, I've never had any problems with anything - not the engine, cooling, A/C, paint, etc. It's on its second 3M Clear Bra protecting the front and mirrors. All in very good shape. The sunny photos (from California) are right after the road trip from Utah (dark photos), so there are some road bugs present. This is the 911 that I always wanted (like new and with 6 speed manual transmission) and I'm heartbroken to let it go. I'm 6'-4" and have enough interior room. These liquid cooled models have a longer wheelbase and are larger than their air-cooled ancestors (pre-1999). I have misplaced the original window sticker, but I hope to find it and add to this listing. The original sticker was for $75K and options included PSM (Porsche Stability Management), Small Carbon Interior Package (note the accents on the steering wheel, brake lever, and shift knob), lower side skirts, Technic Package (super bright headlights), and more. The wheels are all 18 inches and the seats are all electric with memory. It has a really great trip computer. MPG ranges from 23 to 26 - you could commute in this car. The CD player works great. Includes very nice Porsche vehicle cover and custom fit sun shade. Ceramic grade window tint has been professionally installed. If you're looking for a nice low-mileage 911 to keep for a long time, this is your car. Shown by appointment only to serious buyers only. I prefer to sell to an end user so please don't expect success with low offers. My price is negotiable, but I'm in no hurry to sell. I prefer e-mail as a primary contact. Clear title in hand. OTHER INFO: Local pickup by buyer in Los Angeles (Palos Verdes) required. $500 PayPal deposit required within 24 hours of auction close.
