Hard to find luxury Honda Civic model at a great value; priced below KBB! Royal Blue Honda Civic Sedan EX-L fully loaded. and only one owner and completely non-smoking. About 39,800 miles; lightly driven (less than 12K miles a year). Purchased brand new to specifications from Criswell Honda in Germantown, Maryland about 3 years ago; car is currently located in Cleveland, Ohio. No known issues or concerns; car is in great working order. Includes built-in navigation, XM satellite radio, CD/mp3 player, USB portable music device interface, premium wheels/hubcap rims, heated front seats, gray leather interior/seats, sunroof/moonroof (retracting), Bluetooth/hands-free, voice commands, address book/custom settings, and still under original manufacturer's warranty! (Manufacturer's original warranty covers 5 years or 100K miles, which means it should be good through November 2013 or 1 year 6 months left or around 60K miles, whichever comes first -- contact manufacturer/local dealership for details). Regular maintenance and oil checks provided to car; always synthetic oil. Car in mint condition except for minor paint blemish on lower back side of car (parking lot scrape) that is not easily noticeable (must be pointed out), but frame is good and unexposed to elements (no rust) -- it is on the back quarter panel on the driver's side. Also, minor normal wear on back bumper and some of the rims (from occasional street parking), but even less noticeable. No accidents, but front bumper was replaced and refinished to address a ding found about a year+ ago. Other than that, great condition, always well cared for, mostly garage kept, still looks new, drives well, reliable, and gets great gas mileage! Vehicle history report may indicate a car loan lien on the title, but that has been recently paid; lien release is in hand and will be provided with title. Navigation maps recently updated and SiriusXM satellite radio subscription included through July 19th, 2012. Oil change complete May 7th. For sale to good home. This car will be missed by owner!
