*For those that have been following this car and hoping I am going to part it out I have decided not to. I want to sell this as a complete package project. * If you have actual interest in this project please contact me. For someone who knows what they are doing they could buy this and part it out and MAKE money on this. Up for sale is going to be a 98 Ford Mustang. It started out as a stock GT that I bought July 4th of 2003 for $14,000+. That is how it STARTED when I got it. Since then I have put WAY to much money in this car. Let me say this before going any farther. The car is currently NOT running and is sold AS IS. This is going to be a project to finish for someone that knows what they are doing or to take to someone who knows where they are doing cause this is not a car to fix to give to your 16 your old to drive to school. lol And as of right now I am selling this car and all the extra parts TOGETHER as 1 auction. If I do not sell the whole package for what I am looking to get out of it then I might start parting it out because I can get alot more money out of parting it out but I really don't want to do that. I would like someone to take the whole package and get it running again with all the stuff I have for it. Now to the parts and the car... As you can see in the pictures the car is NOT a stock GT anymore. I think the only thing that is stock is the frame and the interior and body mostly. I bulit this car to be a sleeper. The motor is a 96-98 5.1 4V. Block modified main sys. Has forged crank, H-Beam, 4340 pistons, 8.5 to 1, ported stage 3 V4 heads, 03 cobra cams, 99 lower intake, 96-98 upper intake, has a BBK 62mm throttle body, plus more and more. This engine is built to make about 700HP on 93 gas. The transmission is still the stock T-45 from the GT. This is where I ran out of money. lol There was plans for a Tremec but that never happened. The suspension is completely done. It has tubular K-member, tubular A-arms, it has both from and back coil over kits with Lakewood 50/50 rear shocks and Lakewood 70/30 front drag shocks. It has Maximum camber caster plates.Subframe connectors welded in. Rear end has an Auburn posi 8.8, friction modifier, Superior 31 spline axles, Mcleod single disc dual friction clutch 10 splin. Exhaust is complete from the intake back. Has BBK long tube ceramic coated headers, Flowmaster american thunder cat back system with the cats removed, BBK H-pipe, back to chrome tail pipes. Sounds awesome and VERY loud outside but surprisenly quite on the inside when driving. The fuel system is a complete AEROMOTIVE 96-98 4.6 DOHC cobra Eliminator Fuel system from the fuel pump, to the sump fuel tank, to the (still in box) fuel rails. The PROCHARGER kit is a complete D1 kit for Mustang 96-98 Cobras including the intercooler which is already installed. (Do NOT have the HEAD UNIT). The radiator installed in the car right now is an updated cobra radiator BUT.. I have a brand new IN THE BOX Fluidyne Alumium radiator 2 row. Brakes have slotted and drilled rotors. The body is stock except for the hood which is a double cowl induction hood painted to match the car. The interior has Autometer boost and fuel pressure gauges installed on the pillow with a kit. The sound system is the Ford Mach 460 sound system. Has a Delpi xm system installed. It has the factory alarm and keyless entry and comes with 1 key and 1 alarm clicker. It has a Pro 5.0 short shifter installed for a T45 trans. This is just the over view of what this car has. I am sure I have missed alot on here. There are other parts that come with this car if its purchased for the whole package which are the stock hood, the stock k member and A arms, an extra steel forged block, and other misc parts that have come off the car at sometime or another. OK what this car NEEDS to be complete and running. It will need a head unit for the Procharger kit. It needs fuel injectors. I would recommend getting a different transmission. You can use the one that will come with this car but it is not built to handle as much HP as this engine will produce. Besides that just misc hoses and bolts and stuff like that. The body is pretty good for the most part. There are a few knicks and dings here and there but nothing major. The passenger side mirror casing is broken but that is an easy fix. The inside of the car is in ok conditon. There are not big tears or anything like that. Just the carpets and seats could use a good cleaning. That is the over view of the car and what you get. I know I missed some stuff in the parts list and what it has so if you have any questions I will try to answer as best I can. Please do NOT try to low ball me or anything like that. If you think I am asking to much for this car and all the parts then just pass on by. The fuel system alone from Aeromotive is over $2000, the Fluidyne is over $400, the engine ALONE is worth what I am asking for this whole package. All the suspension parts, exhaust parts, the rear end, gauges, etc are worth $$$thousands. Plus having to either install or most likely pay to have all the parts installed is ALOT of money.And this is NOT even counting the money for the Procharger system. So please if this doesnt interest you then just pass on by. This is the 2nd cobra motor I have had in the car. I first one was pulled for more HP. I had it one the Dyno once with the old cobra motor and procharger which produced 437.4 HP and 389.2 ft of torque with a pretty low tune. The engine that currently sits in the car now has 0 miles on it and show put out around 700HP. This car has a clean title and the title is in my name. Because it is not running I have a non op filed on it right now BUT all the DMV registration fees are paid and up to date til April 2012. I have taken pictures of everything I think is important but if you would like a better or different picture then when I have shown on the listing please contact me and I will get you a picture or into about whatever you need. This car is for sale locally so if it sells I will cancel this listing. Also because it is not running I would prefer you to pick the car up or make arrangements for shipping. I will help with the shipping (not $$ wise) any way I can. The motor was built and shipped to me where I had it professionally installed. Also the Aeromotive fuel system is brand new as well.
