Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. Thanks for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2011 Honda Foreman 500 ES/EPS 4x4 Power Steering ATV. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500cc four stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This one is the ES or Electric shift version. So instead of shifting gears with your foot you do so by simply pushing buttons with your thumb. No belts to ever slip or break. Power Steering makes steering on the trail very easy and smooth. Power Steering is one of the best options on a ATV and trust me you will love it. These late model Foreman models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by flipping a switch, unlike the older, full time 4x4 version. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This ATV is in excellent used condition. It has 667 original miles and 75 engine hours of use. That is not even broken in yet. It runs great and has lots of power. The brakes, transmission, and etc. all work great. It runs perfectly has no leaks, smoke or any other issues. Appearance wise it looks great. It is an easy 9 out of 10 on the appearance scale. It does have a few normal light trail scratches like all used ATV's, but nothing serious or significant. The engine runs perfectly and it does not smoke or leak anything. The Wheels and Tires are Brand new never touched dirt. The wheels are 12" Aluminum Moose Wheels and 25" AMS Swamp Fox Tires. While this ATV is in great shape expect normal used ATV wear like scratches on the racks, minor surface rust on the exhaust etc. A new one just like this would set you back around $9,500. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax (except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
