Vehicle Detail
Enjoy the summer, with the wind in your hair, driving your 1970 Mustang Convertible. 302 V8 with an Automatic C4 Transmission, power brakes and power steering (does not have AC). It has been garage kept since 1998 (I have owned since that time). This vehicle's body and paint is in good condition for her age. I will do my best to call what is wrong with the vehicle I am selling on eBay. There are no secrets with my listing, which is why my rating is 100% for 148 transactions. I am unaware of anything else that is wrong with the car except what is listed below. Its a factory Red, which was repainted before I bought it, and is about a 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The car's exterior has a ding in the drivers side door. The are a couple of small paint chips and cracks in the pain on the hood and trunk. The orignal engine was a I6 250 and has a rebuilt 302 V8 from a 1968 mustang. The seat belts are intact front and rear. The dash has some sun damaged splitting on top by the speaker and instruments are in good working shape. All chrome is in good shape for its age. The door and top weather strip and the exterior rubber is in poor to fair shape. The heat and fan work, the wipers and fluid work. The car drives very well and the steering and suspension seem pretty tight. The windshield has a small rock star on the passenger side.Everything under hood looks correct. The belts, hoses, filters etc. look to be in good shape. The under carriage of the car is in good shape. The bottom line is that this is a great vintage car. Please don’t email me and ask what I will take for the car or if I will take trades. Bid on it, this is an auction. If you are the high bidder you have a contractual obligation to complete the purchase for the auction price. A deposit of US $1000.00 required from winning bidder within 24 hours after auction ends, certified check or money order for balance and all funds must clear my bank and be in my account for me to release the car and ownership paperwork. Buyer is responsible for making and paying for all shipping arrangements.
