What is an Enterra? I will try to clarify. In this case a 1986 Pontiac Fiero SE equipped with the Enterra Style Option – in the 5 years of Fiero production – only 36 Enterra’s were produced by the Enterra Factory in Burnaby, BC Canada and 2 more after they moved to Simi Valley, California, all sold through Pontiac dealerships, in Canada or the US. Equipped with a 2.8 V6 engine and Getrag 5 speed; engine runs and car will move and clutch & brakes work. I have not driven any distance on the road, except on and off car trailers and during successive moves into and out of storage. I no longer want to store this car as it would be years before I get around to restoring it; so here is a chance for someone else to own an Enterra. However I want to be perfectly clear – this car is in need of full restoration – and it is a good candidate for restoration. Currently equipped with early Fiero Mag wheels – 215/60R14 front and rear, the tires have lots of tread, but they are old. Depending upon sources, it should be equipped with 205/50R15 front and 245/50R15 on the rear, or another says 215/60R15 on the front and 235/60R15 on the rear. I have a clear title and it has vanity plates that I will keep (Enterra) unless the buyer is from Washington state. This car was photographed to produce a factory brochure which I have and will include with purchase of the car. This information verified by an acquaintance that worked for The Enterra Factory; present during the photo session. California where it sat closed up in the sunshine for many years – sunshine and lack of ventilation pretty well destroyed the full leather interior of this car. Some repairs were started by the previous owner and there are more areas that need restoration, however it would be quite easily restored if you have fiberglass experience or the desire to learn. The buyer will be responsible for arranging transport of the Enterra in a timely manner. There is a minimal reserve, once met, this car will be sold. A PayPal down payment of $500 will be due within one week of close of auction. The balance will be due via cashier’s check or cash before transport of vehicle from the current location.
