Up for auction is my 1978 Triple White VW Beetle Convertible. It has had less than 5000 miles put on it since 2006. I have decided it deserves better than to sit and would do well in a persons hands that would drive it or at least put it in their collection.There are some minor flaws in the paint and interior but nothing that would catch the eye of casual critique. Thanks for looking if you have any questions please email me. I have had lots of responses mostly people saying its a Champagne II edition and few saying its just a very nice triple white. There are no known mechanical issues, Brakes, Clutch, Motor, Lights, Wipers, Heater all function like they should and it is safe and sound to drive anywhere. I would not hesitate to take it on a cross country road trip.On May-09-12 at 03:58:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Wow just got a negative feedback on a Buggy I sold in March, Please look at the description on the listing before you believe I'm a horrible person. It says its a project and I listed every known defect on it. I even stated that I didn't want anyone to be disappointed because it looked great in the pictures. For the record the buyer picked it up and paid for it in person. Please look at my other feedback I have sold several VW's and Harleys for far more than this one all with positive feedback results.
