1985 Honda ATC 250R in near original OEM condition. I am second owner and 45 yrs old, and I have only had it to the dunes one time since I have owned it. It has never been stored outside a day in its life. Always kept in a climate controlled garage, and the pics will attest to this. You would be very hard pressed to find any rust on this machine anywhere. The seat is in near new condition with no rips, tears, or fading, and very soft. The tank looks brand new with no scratches, no fading, and it shines. The tires, rims, grips, exhaust system, seat, end caps, air box, chain, and sprockets, are all the original equipment that came on this machine back in 1985. The only things that are not OEM are the front and rear fenders, and the radiator shrouds which are all Maier. The rest of entire machine is completely OEM and everything is present … no parts missing at all. The only cosmetic blemish on the entire machine is a crack on rear fender behind seat approximately 4 inches in length. Basically, the machine has seen very little use and very low hours, and has never been ridden hard. Suspension on both ends feels like new. I took pics both inside the garage and out in the sun as well to give you both shades of light. The machine kicks over first or second kick every time and runs flawlessly. Engine is all original, never been messed with. Runs smooth and fast. Doesn’t skip a beat ever. There are a number of shipping companies in Salt Lake City and I am close enough to Salt Lake that I could get the machine down there if you needed me to, to assist in shipping. Buyer pays shipping costs though, and I am unable to crate the machine or build a pallet for it due to lack of time. Local buyers are welcome to email or call me and come by and see the machine in person for sure. I reserve the right to end the auction early due to the machine is also for sale locally. The machine is paid for and clear, and is currently registered in my name in Utah. I do not have a title for this machine, as they are not required for machines this old in Utah. I never got it from the original owner back when I purchased it. Payment accepted will be paypal, money order, or certified bank check.
