1970 Dodge Challenger R/T , real JS23UOB car, with hemi suspension, with non numbers matching 1971 - 440 HP motor. This car came with a dealer installed six pak but there is no documentation of this. It has a pistol grip 4-spd with an 18-tooth spline hemi transmission, but is not the original. The rear end is a 354 dana track pack, and the rear end and leaf springs are original to the car. The front spring perches are boxed and the k-frame is original with an oil pan skid plate. The motor has been refreshed with rings and bearings and a 509 mopar cam. It has 1967 hp 915 heads, it has the correct six pak dampner with six pak rods. The six pak has always been with the car it is a cast iron intake dated 11-30-69, the carbs are original 69 carbs and the air cleaner is original steel. It has an electronic ignition, stock exhaust manifolds with resignator and no mufflers. The body is painted F8 green, with a nice paint job but the left front fender has some small bubbling as shown in the picture. The body panels that were professionally installed are the right and left lower quarters, outer wheel house, and trunk floor extensions. Also a small piece of metal installed into the floor pan of driver side. The trunk floor is original. Has white bumble bee stripe on the back. It has 15x7 rally wheels and new goodyear tires. The rally gauges in it are not the original set, therefore the mileage on the car does not show the 76,000. The tach works intermittently, it has the original dash pad with some small cracks by the speaker. The door panels are premium with carpet and reflectors on bottom and wood grain on top they are orig chrysler. The seats are legendary leather covers on original frames, the original seats were vinyl. The pistol grip and counsel are original to the car. It also has conversion front disc brakes 73 mopar style. This car comes with original fender tag and build sheet. This car needs to have the following parts to be completed, over the axle pipes, mufflers and tips, it needs the passenger side elevator for the window, it also needs the jack U restrain to hold the jack handle and spring, comes with head liner but needs to be installed, I have a heater box that came with the car but it is not on it at this time and needs to be restored. It also needs a speedo cable.
