1953 Willys Aero Ace NO RESERVE - dont miss this one !First and foremost, we had this car on ebay about 2 yrs ago it was Stolen the sunday nite the auction ended.Came to work on monday and it was towed out of our lot. I actually found it again a few weeks ago sitting in a tow lot. The pics below are from 2 yrs ago. The only real change I can see since we took the pics are: hoods not bolted on all the way now, going to try to fix that this week. Has some spray paint on the trunk (for sale) now. And the wind shield I think is broken. Going to try to update a few of the pics by Monday nite. Its a Mostly complete 53 Willys Aero Ace 4 dr. Straight 6 cyl original motor best I can tell. very little rust but there is some I think in the floors. Car has been in AZ most of its life best we can tell. Under the hood looks pretty complete for the big stuff. Rolls and steers fine / hasnt run in over 20 yrs. Was originally Blue w/ blue interior. OD lever for the transmission pretty cool. Hate to say it, but if it doesnt sell for some reason Im taking it to the scrape metal yard . Bid it to win it ! dont regret you didnt later ! This car has that Art Deco look of the 50s. Obviously this is not a restored car. Most of these cars were run into the ground and really USED up as you might expect them to be. An ERA alot of us remember like it was just yesterday. We really try to have realistic prices on all of our auctions and want to sell cars, not sit on them for another year. You buy cars like this because they remind you of your youth and how much fun you had growing up and cruising was your main priority. Remember: they arent making anymore :) Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain. The more you go over this car, the cooler it gets ! Probably The BEST represented Willys on Ebay. Shows you all the good as well as any bad. If you treat yourself to buying one of our cars, youll never buy a bucket again from anyone !!
