Up for auction is my 5 window 1961 Ford Econoline Pickup Truck. This truck has a v8 engine 302. Has rust free underside and body is solid as well. Only damage is on the front left side shown in pictures. The electrical needs gone threw to the turns signals, backup lights, stop lights etc. Engine starts up and just purs like a kitten. No oil leaks. Not sure the actual miles after the engine upgrade.Seems somewhere down the line someone put the motor in painted it and thats as far as they got. The truck is in great shape I have not seen one this solid. If you have any questions please ask and I will try to answer them best I can. I am getting rid of it because well I got my eye on something else and lost interest.It has 2 of original hubcaps and it will need bumpers. The underside of the truck is black in the pics this is the undercoating that was put on it.I assure you that it is not undercoat over rust or anything like that. Solid steel with black undercoat frame is perfect shape. As I said this truck is in great shape not a rusted at all. you will not have to crawl under it and sand rust or repair rusty panels. I have shown the 2 problem spots below driver headlight and lower passenger door. Has a Texas plate on bumper so I thought it mite have came from Texas at some point. Surely it hasnt been in the illinois salt otherwise it would be a rust bucket.This is the first thing I looked at before I bought it. When I seen how perfect it was on the underside I was sold cuz I knew that whoever owned this truck took great care of it. Hope this answers your ?
