Mid 80’s Honda 185s ATV ** Very Good Condition ** This ATV was purchased new by my father-n-law. He can’t remember exactly but he thinks 1985. He hasn’t put more than 10hrs on it the last 5yrs or so. It has always been parked in his concrete shop and NEVER spent a night outside. You would have to see his vehicles, lawn mower or little tractor to truly appreciate the way he cares for his stuff. He told me he wanted to sell since it never gets ridden, so I went back to got it. After a couple pulls it fired right up, so I road it around his house a couple times to ensure it shifts through all gears flawlessly. It didn’t idle without dying until after I road it around his house, so it needs ridden to blow the cobs out. The only flaw to the bike is the seat could use recovered if it bothers you (see pic or video). For an ATV that is almost 30yrs old you will be impressed. A few years ago he had a certified dealer put a new carb on it and new tires (he estimates 4-6hrs of use since work has been done). He had the original metal gas tank replaced by Honda with a plastic tank about 10yrs ago due to rust (from my research this appeared to be a common probIem that you will not have to worry about). Yes, this Honda has been REGULARLY maintained. As you can see the Plastic is in good shape. I have the original manual he got when he purchased the bike and it has a clear Missouri Title. Why spend over thousands on a new ATV for your kid? Cheap entertainment that is ready to ride. The bike speaks for itself, but I always recommend that you come and look at the bike prior to bidding. You will not be disappointed in the bike. $200 deposit is due within 48hrs at the end of the auction and balance is due within 7days. Very Low Reserve!
