Greetings: You are bidding on a nearly rust-free 1937 Ford Standard Tudor sedan with flathead V8 motor. This is a rare 60hp model 74-V8. The car is a complete project vehicle in restorable condition. This Ford would make a nice street-rod or restoration project for the right person. The car was originally purchased in southern California and has spent the last sixty-plus years in central Arizona and most recently New Mexico. I purchased the car from the nephew of the original owner. The car is very staight and the only rusted-through place that I can find is in the tool box area just below the trunk lid. The car has spots of surface rust all over where someone took a sander to it many years ago. There is no glass. And the gauges have all been destroyed. I have a couple of nice original gauge sets that I will include with the sale. The car rolls on four nearly new 6:00X16 tires. I also have one new matching unmounted spare tire and wheel that is included. The original engine is long gone. But I have (what appears to be) a complete rebuilt 60hp flathead that is included. The original V8-60 transmission is still in the car, however. Also included are a number of miscellaneous parts and pieces: nice original V8-60 oil pan, original intake, cylinder heads, starter, generator, wheels, wheel covers, nice original fuel tank, and other used and nos parts. This Classic 1937 Ford sedan is being offered at a low opening bid and resonable reserve. I have a clear Arizona title (not in my name) in hand. I also have the cancelled Certificate of Title from the original owner dated 3-18-1952 and an unpaid Arizona Registration card from 1958. A $250 deposit is required.
