Vehicle Detail
I purchased this from a member of the sr20-forum about 3 years ago for $4000, and have had a ton of fun driving this, but it's time to let it go. I'm not mechanically inclined (beyond simple fixes like changing an alternator) and the kind of maintenance and upkeep this needs to keep it running well is beyond my capabilities and time. This car is insanely fast. Mods listed below. Cosmetically, it needs some work. The passenger door and fender both need to be replaced, as they've rubbed together badly at the seam and are both damaged/rusted. I have a white door (crank window - car has electric currently) and grey fender which can be swapped on, along with a long list of other parts that I will include with the car. The front bumper is cracked but not damaged beyond repair. There are also some minor rust issues on the driver side rear quarter panel, but they aren't awful, and there is no rust damage on the undercarriage (car was always kept in the south) I have had to replace the clutch, but swapped in the same exact brand/model already in, as noted. Should be an easy enough fix, I can provide manuals for both with wiring diagram. Water/alcohol injection also does not seem to be firing last time I drove. I really did enjoy driving this, but did not get to drive it much. It does not pass emissions in Atlanta. I did drive it to get to school and back for about a year, but otherwise it was barely driven, as I work from home. TONS of extra parts are included if you want them - gauge clusters, extra cone filter, extra downpipe, unmodified ECU, multiple pairs of taillights/headlights, etc. Quote from my mechanic: "I've never driven a 4cyl as fast as that little nissan" and on a different occasion "That thing would outrun a corvette"
