Vehicle Detail
This is my baby, 2010 Challenger SRT8 in B5 blue automatic trans. I am the original owner bought new April of 2010. At the time when you bought a SRT8 you got to chose between 2k of Mopar accessories, I chose the dual hood struts (came with single strut), emergency road kit, cold air intake (adds 12 or so hp) and the upgraded exhaust system which is a little louder than stock and also a little larger diameter (which is maybe another 12hp). Everything was installed at the dealership, i don't have the stock exhaust anymore took up way too much room in my garage but I do have the stock air box if you want it for some reason. The car drives just perfect, the brakes are great has the huge brembo brakes with slotted rotors, 20inch wheels all around, car is fully loaded including the upgraded Kicker sound system with subwoofer. As you can see from the pics, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the upgraded stock stereo system so had a professionally installed system put in which cost about $4k including equipment/labor etc. The speakers inside the car are MB Quart front and rear, the amp is a 5 channel JL Audio 500x5, the subs are JL audo 12's, uses the factory headunit which has navigation, USB, harddrive, and ipod interface in armrest connected to a Audison Bit 10d processor. While the car was at Street Stylez in St Charles, I had them install the Mopar dual pillar gage pod with a volt meter and aother RPM gauage just to fill the second slot. I had plans to possibly put on a supercharger in the future so was going to replace the RPM guage someday with a boost but I obviously haven't put on the supercharger yet. I still have all the stock stereo components if you want them that's fine, taking the built system apart and putting the stock system back in is very easy to do even the guys at Best Buy could do it if for some reason you want the stock system back in. The plexiglass window is lit up with LED lights with a switch in the armrest, the amp rack itself is plexiglass back painted by a body shop in matching B5 blue and the trim rings around the subs are also painted B5 blue. The factory power tire inflator pump fits in the front of the amprack, in the pics is missing I forgot i removed it to fill up my kids bikes last weekend but it is still there and still fits! You still have access to the battery, etc if you need to in one of the pics you can see my tryin to hold up the panel and take a pic at the same time lol. Car has remote start, also push button start you can leave your keys in your pocket. Power sunrood, doors, locks, adjustable steering wheel, fully loaded. Have not had ANY issues with the car, this is my personal car I drive all the time I love it I am not a dealer. Looking to buy a new house with new wife and could save a few dollars. On Apr-03-12 at 14:24:59 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention, I bought at same time an extended warranty from Dodge on the car and is transferable think it says for $50 if I read it correctly. There are two an Auto Appearance Care package expires 4/16/2013 and a 5/60 Maximum Care package expires 10/25/2014. These are on TOP of the regular warranty, want to say it cost $2k additional when I bought the car. I have all the paperwork for this, i just found it at my desk so wanted to update the listing of what you are getting also! On Apr-05-12 at 12:14:59 PDT, seller added the following information: Thank you for all your interest. Have gotten a lot of emails asking about reserve. Reserve is at 30k. I will end auction early with a $500 deposit and price of $31,500 ($31,000 balance due after deposit). On Apr-07-12 at 18:47:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Two short videos give you an idea how awesome car sounds (sorry for the quality of audio/video is with my small handheld camera just few minutes ago). Don't let this car go, you'll have one fricken awesome ride for the price. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypNt1Lt-34M&feature=youtu.be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuEi6Uwhwss&feature=youtu.be
