Vehicle Detail
I'm selling this project because I'm getting ready to move and don't have the space to bring this with me. This is a '93 Ford bronco xlt that was originally equipped with a fuel injected 5.0L 302 engine, E40D transmission, and Borg Warner 1356 transfer case. It still has the original transfer case, but now has a carburated 5.8L 351 windsor with C6 automatic transmission. The engine was professionally rebuilt and is equipped with a Milodon oil pan, smog pump delete, Accel distributor, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, Edelbrock 650 cfm carb with manual choke, and Flowtech headers. The transmission is also professionally rebuilt and has a TCI torque convertor, Lokar dipstick, trans cooler, and Hurst V-matic shifter. The engine and transmission have ZERO miles on them, its only been started up, and put in reverse and drive to make sure everything was working. Currently has open headers. There is a lot of other new parts on this bronco. The suspension was replaced with a 6 in. Rough Country lift kit with dual steering stabilizers, 35x12.5xR15 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's with Kevlar tires, and 15x10 Mickey Thompson classic II wheels. Everything in the rear brakes was replaced except for one drum on the drivers side. The front end received new upper and lower ball joints, all new tie rods, new rotors, new brake calipers and pads, new soft brake lines with banjo bolts and washers, and new Warn Premium locking hubs. The front driveshaft still needs lengthened and it needs a brake proportioning valve. It also needs a shifter linkage made for the transfercase to work. The transfercase can still be engaged in all its ranges by hand. The interior when I bought this was ruined from neglect. I threw away the carpet and got rid of the old seats that were falling apart. It now has two new racing bucket seats with 5-point harness seatbelts. The seatbelts are not bolted to anything at the moment but could be to the factory locations. My intentions were to install a rollcage that would have new mounting points for the seatbelts so thats why they aren't bolted in place. I also started changing the interior from a dark brown color to black. Most of the parts have been changed, but the headliner and some trim pieces for the removable top are still brown. The wiring harness was replaced with an 18 circuit setup. Everything electrical works except the electric windows/door locks which I hadn't bothered to hook up yet. The guages in the dash were replaced with new Equus guages which consist of a volt, water temp, oil pressure and fuel guage. I didn't bother with a speedometer/odometer setup since I was planning on offroad use only. I also replaced the gas tank with an RCI fuel cell which is located in the back seat area of the bronco to keep it out of the way of rocks and debris while offroading. It still needs a bracket built to keep the fuel cell from moving around. The exterior received a new tailgate and both quarter panels are brand new. Both of the front fenders have some rust. Everything but the hood has been repainted in a flat black paint and the taillights were replaced with euro style ones. I don't have glass or any of the window parts for the tailgate. The glass was broken and everything was rusted out and unsalvageable on the original one. The front windshield also has a crack in it that spans the entire width. If your looking for a project this would be a great start for you. I've got a lot of money tied up in this and I hate to have to let it go. Its not perfect by any means, I've tried my best to explain everything about this vehicle that I could think of. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. I have a clean Kansas title for this truck. Being sold AS IS with no warranties expressed or implied. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within two days after auction ends and the remaining balance is due seven days after auction ends. Will accept cash, money order, or paypal. It is the buyer's responsibility to take care of shipping. The vehicle won't leave my property until the entire balance has been cleared.
