1954 olds super 88 convertible ,new dual exhaust , door rubber ,trunk rubber ,windshield rubber ,brakes, any rust issues were removed and welded, original motor was stuck ,i installed a 324 olds motor out of a 39,000 mile car ,runs like it should ,all lights works ,directionals ,ect , clock and radio do not work , you will to install carpet and front seat which i do not have, i have a rear seat out of a 1962 chevrolet convertible which fits fine ,you also will need vent window rubber., and to install side glass ,which i have car canuse a light sanding and buffing ,will not take long to finish for spring or summer , i also have a rebuilt power brake unit and pedal if you want to change over to power brakes ,also 4 barrel carb and manifold,car has 2 barrel now , ,will be happy to answer all questions yes you need to install new top ,frame is there about the mileage on speedo it says 106,000
