1990 Ford F250 4x4 IDI Diesel. Was being set up for an additional plow truck for our business for snow that we never got. We are dissolving our snow removal/concrete business and are selling trucks, plows tools ect. This truck is a project that is 99% completed. It is titled in our name and has never been registered for the road by us. We purchased this truck running and driving from a local private party and started building a decent looking great running truck. The following has been done in the last year and a half of ownership: -New starter assembly -Oil and Filter, Fuel Filter service. Air filter -Brand new injection pump, injectors and return line kit. Starts and runs like new no smoke ect. -Ford rust over rear arches repaired with steel bedsides. Bed painted to match cab. -DMI rear cushion bumper based/cleared same as body color of truck -Front add-a-leaf for added weight of Uni-mount plow This truck is 4:11 gear 8600gvw (see pic) E4od tranny Dana 50 TTB front Sterling 10.25 open rear. Paint is decent..few dents and scratches in bed. Windshield is cracked on passenger side. Missing gas doors on bed, hardware is there just need doors, This truck does not have dual tanks only the front tank is present, missing from previous owner. Drives side seat shows wear at edge. Wiper motor does not work. All lights work..clearance, headlight ect. Ford factory radio works. Power windows/ Power door locks work as they should. Tilt wheel. This truck was never plowed with, mostly assembled but snow never came for us in this region and we had more than enough trucks to cover our routes. 4x4 system works, lockouts and transfercase work fine and were use by us several times to move around shop/yard when we did get snow. Tires are approx 50% mud snow tread. Glow plug system seems to work fine although we usually bypass factory glow controller and use a mometary switch in our other IDIs. This has not been done. ****Tool-Box shown in pics not included. Western plow bracket and Plow wiring not included.**** Truck needs: Front and Rear brake lines New front ubolts for front springs..we reused old ones after add-a-leaf installation for lot driving but new ones are needed Front end alignment after add-a-leaf/new ubolt installation Passenger side mirror head. see pics This truck lot drives and starts and runs fine. We have never driven it over 20 mph since we have owned it, don't expect to drive it home. Please dont ask. Please do not ask to wrench on this truck on our property in order to drive it home. It needs to be trailered/rollbacked off our property with that it will run just fine to load on trailer ect. If buyer does have need of western unimount bracket/wiring or entire plow assembly we have several 9' Unimounts to choose from at an addition cost over and above this auction. Please contact us for pricing specifics. We will remove the plow mount after the auction ends and offer it to the bidder/buyer at a reduced cost. Again plow accessories (wiring, mount, controller) are not included in this auction. This truck has great potential, We have had several IDI diesels and love them for reliability and low end grunt.Great MPG as well. We have well over twice what our reserve is set at, and at this point we are not interested in parting it out. Please dont ask. I would prefer someone come and look at truck so they can see exactly what this truck is. We will not transport this truck or meet you anywhere other than its present location. We will assist with loading in any way we can but please don't ask to trailer this truck anywhere. Bid to pick it up at this location. We do know several local people who will trailer this truck to your location and we can forward their contact information to the new owner/buyer if requested.
