Up for auction is a 1988 GMC ex U Haul box truck. It has 126k original miles, 366ci big block gas engine, 5-speed tranny w/ new clutch, power steering, 4 wheel disc breaks, a/c (Needs new blower switch) & rear bed cargo ramp. New carpet. Tires good cond with plenty of tread and spare included. As the title discription says and pictures show, the trucks cargo area has been modified to be used as a trailer to haul vehicles. This does not disable its use as a moving truck. A set of heavy duty 13' ramps are included in the sale. Runs and drives great. Over all she's in really good shape but does have some flaws which are listed below. Interior The original dash has some cracking so a replacement cover has been installed. The bench seat has a small tear about the size of a 1/2 dollar. Radio is included in sale but not hooked up. Exterior The paint is presentable as is. However the drivers door has a dent near the side mirror about the size of a tennis ball. Its not deep but shallow. The bed on the trailer has usually dings and dents but nothing major. The roof does not leak. Rear bumper has a dent on the top of the step portion. PAYMENT A $500 deposit will be made by the winning bidder no later than 2 days after this auctions end. The remaining funds will be due upon pick up of the truck. Any shipping arrangments or fees will be at the buyers expense. Storage (within reason) is avaliable if worked out prior to auctions end. In my opinion have more that 2-3K miles (maybe more). After closer inspection some have light weather cracking but nothing heavy. -The A/C system is filled w/ Freon. Worked fine till the blower switched stopped functioning. Never got around to tracing prob. - Yes, entire clutch job was done...new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing and flywheel turned. - Starter has been replaced - Yes, the truck is listed locally, so I do have the right to end auction early if it sells. Unless the reserve is met, then the truck will remain on e bay till the remaining time of the auction. - Depending what the truck goes for, if the buyer doesn't want the loading ramps or bed ramps, a reduction in the final price may be made.
