Listed is a 1959 Hillman Minx convertible. Car has been sitting for years but is complete. Motor has been started enough to determine that there are no knocks or abnormal sounds coming from the engine. No smoke from the tail pipe. Fuel pump does not work. Carburator is complete but wi;ll need attention as well.Tranmission shifts on the column through all gears smoothly.. Car rolls with a small bit of effort. Brakes are not operative. Clutch still has pressure and is working. The body is complete with all the chrome and trim present I believe. Convertible top will go up and down but is stiff from lack of use. Body does have the obvious pictured rust spots. Trunk florr is solid. Floorboards are actually in decent condition. Interior is complete with all the glass undamaged. Rear seat is in very nice condition. Front seats are in fair condition. Both doors, trunk lid and hood all open and shut properly. Car will need to be towed so please keep that in mind when bidding. we are located in Kansas City, Mo. 64108 and will be glad to assist with loading or helping with transport arrangements..
