Up for auction is a 1973 VW Thing. This Thing runs and drives but has some needs. It's a great kick around vehicle if you tune it up and check the brakes, etc. Or take it all apart and restore it. Or part it out. The body does have some rust and the floors have been patched in places. There is front end damage and some rear end damage also. Come to think of it, the sides have some scrapes too. The top frame is in tact but there is no fabric on it. There are no side curtains. BUT, there is the heater! Not sure if it works but these heaters are valuable or so I've been told. This Thing has a valid California registration and clean title in my name. I was planning on fixing it up and really I only got it to run and didn't have time for the cosmetics, etc. It's a project and priced accordingly. Very low reserve. Thanks for your interest.
