Up for sale is a great 1966 Impala. This vehicle would be an excellent candidate for a easy restoration project. Car is all original except for paint. This car only has 47,xxx original miles on the 283 Turbo Fire V8 with 2 Speed Powerglide trans and 10 bolt rear end. Trans shifts through gears perfect. Has recent full tune up and carb rebuild. Car runs and drives well but needs the Carb fine tuned. Car originally had A/C but compressor was removed but is included in sale. All four corners have the usual Chevy rust behind the wheels but inner wells are perfect. Passenger fender has a large dent in the front. Frame is perfect with minimal surface rust Floor pans are clean except for trunk pan which has a few holes due to trunk gaskets leaking. It has close to new Firestone Indy tires with American Racing Torque Thrust 2 polished aluminum wheels. With tlc and a bit of wrench turning, this will be a great head turner or show car!
