This is a 1978 Dodge power wagon. I bought it about a year ago for my daughter to drive back and forth to school and for me to use on the occasional hunting trip. The truck has been great for us but my daughter needs a vehicle that gets better gas milage for college. Here is what was done to the truck before I bought it. New rebuilt 360 v8 with new holley carb and new radiator. 727 auto transmission and transfer case rebuilt. New 3:55 gears front and rear. New wheel bearings. New 17" wheels and new Nitto tires. New stereo, alternator and battery. Also new 2.5" exhaust that sounds great. New paint job but the tailgate was not painted. Since I have owned it I rebuilt the steering coupler and put a new starter relay in it. I have also changed the oil twice and rotated the tires. The truck has a dual sun roof and a sliding rear window that does not leak. Not sure on the exact milage but it is showing 8,692. The truck has been used on a daily basis and has been very reliable. These power wagons are going up in value very fast these days so buy now and don't worry about losing money on it later. On Mar-06-12 at 09:23:11 PST, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention I have replaced the floors with all new metal and painted them. The bed has surface rust and about a 3 inch hole in the middle.
