Nice 1988 Vanagon GL Westfalia camper.Has been well taken care of since new. I bought the van from a gentleman in Kerrville Texas in April 2009.He had moved recently from Arizona and purchased the van from Southern California. We have enjoyed many great camping trips in this Westfalia. I believe the layout of these campers is just about as good as it getsfor this size of a vehicle. We are selling this van because our family has outgrown it. Van is currently inspected, registered and runs great. Mileage:130,339 Engine:Bone stock 2.1L Wasserboxer - runs and drives greatEngine was rebuilt at 90,689 by German Motor SpecialistWe have documentationThe bearing on the Water Pump is getting loud. It is not leaking water yet so I would wait to replace.I put on a new Alternator, Starter, ignition switch, replaced all fuel lines.The crossover pipe on the fuel tank was replaced with metal bungs. Should never have to do those again. Transmission:Automatic - rebuilt at 120,000 miles. We have documentation Body:We ran a Carfax History report on van before we bought it in 2009 which showed thatvan has never been wrecked or flooded.Vehicle has been in dry climates since new so there is no rust and has never been repainted.Small dent on the driver's side door as seen in pictures. The previous owner saidhe backed his car into it at low speed. A/C:Air conditioner was repaired in 2004 although it is not working now.
