It's a 1959 Chevrolet Spartan 100 with factory tandem drive. 348 (maybe 409 Engine, 5 speed main box 3 speed Auxiliary and in and out on the tandem axle NOTICE it has 3 shift leavers plus the parking brake lever in the floor. Notice also it has full air brakes, not air over hydraulic like most Chevy's had in the fifties. Also it has General Motors rear axles (17000 lb) each. You could put kin 2-speed chunks in both axles. Maybe you can figure how many gears this will give you. The motor is not stuck. The rust you see on the grill is surface rust. Floorboards and steps are good. It has fully equalizing walking beam type suspension. Only 60,000 miles. With some paint and tinkering, you will have the only one around, like Jimmy Cash's Cadillac. I had big plans but I ain't gonna be able to giterdone. It's a settin' in Cleveland, GA in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you like this kinda stuff come by.
