Thanks for looking at our auction. ATV: This is a 2008 Suzuki King Quad 750 EFI 4x4. It is a liquid cooled, 4-stroke, fuel injected beast of an ATV with a fully automatic transmission. The transmission has high and low range as well as reverse. It has four wheel independent suspension and on-demand 4 wheel drive meaning that when you need 4x4 you only have to flip a switch. When you don't need it you can turn it off and save gas. Also, when the going gets really rough you can flip another switch to engage the front differential lock for true 4x4 performance. The overall package of power and handling on the King Quad 750 is second to none. These machines are fast, work hard, handle well and ride well. As a package they are one of the best all around ATVs on the market in my opinion. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in excellent used condition. It has only 248 original miles on it and 45 engine hours of use. It starts as soon as you push the button, the fuel injection really makes for instant starts in any weather condition. It has tons of power and runs perfectly. The transmission and 4x4 systems work flawlessly. The original tires still have almost all of the tread remaining and the wheels are nice as well. Appearance wise it looks all but brand new. This auction is for real. No minimum price. It will sell to the high bidder and you will be thrilled with it. Good luck. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATVs to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
