2006 FORD F-250 4X4, CUMMINS SWAP, 6 SPEED, EX-CAB, SHORT BED TRUCK: VIN# 1FTSX21P66EC84712. 2006 Ford F-250 4x4 ex-cab, shortbed, 6 speed manual. XLT trim. Dark metalic green with grey interior. Power windows, locks, tilt, CD, split 40/20/40 front seat. 87,000 miles. Clean title and title in hand. No issues with the body. Clean and rust free. Usual dings for a 6 year old truck. A couple scratches on the lowest part of the passenger ex-cab door and lowest part of the passenger door, shown in pics. Other than that, very clean. The interior is also in very good shape. No rips or tears in the seats. the CD player does have a crack in the display but it works fine. The bed has a Line-x Brand spray in bed liner with a rubber mat on top of that. The truck has the taller F-350 rear suspension blocks and a 2.5 leveling kit. Brand new Pro Comp x-treme mud terrain tires in 35/12.50/17 on like new 17x9 Incubus black and machined rims. New rotors and pads all the way around. The rest of the suspension, ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, ect are all in like new condition. The truck has a current Pennsylvania state inspection. The truck runs and drives like a brand new truck. I daily drive it and travel from Pennsylvania to Michigan once a month. The truck is bullet proof and extremely reliable. On average it gets 17-20 mpg and towing it gets 13-15 mpg. SWAP INFO: To start off, im a professional mechanic for a living. I personally built this truck. I know every nut and bolt on this truck and know every single detail about it. Feel free to ask any and all questions. Id be more than happy to answer anything ive might of forgot. The swap is professionally done! Will not find a cleaner swap. All the gauges work, speedo, tach, fuel, volt, temp, oil pressure, and everything is accurate. The motor is a 94 P-pump motor out of a pickup, not a piece of equipment. It is installed using bolt-in motor mounts and bushings from Ford-Cummins .com. Its bolted to a Ford ZF 6 speed manual transmission using Ford-cummins bell housing plate. No cross members or anything else was altered. The clutch is from South Bend and is a special set up. Its a billet fly wheel for the Cummins drilled for a Powerstroke single mass clutch. The intercooler, radiator, most of the coolant lines and resevior, and intercooler piping is all stock Ford. Does have a heavy duty aftermarket tranny cooler that I installed. The radiator has dual Flex-a-lite electric fans. THE MOTOR 94 P-pump 12 valve Cummins from a pickup, not a piece of equipment. I bought the motor used and didnt know any history on it so i pulled the oil pan and installed new main and rod bearings. Didnt need them but did it for a peice of mind. Top end of the motor was still healthy. Eliminated the stock mechanical lift pump with a block off plate since I was using the Ford electric high volume fuel pump. Re-gasketed the whole motor from the oil pan up. While I had the injection pump off, i installed 3000 RPM govenor springs, a 0 fuel plate, and bumped the timing to 17.5 degrees. The truck makes killer power but still is very easy on fuel. The turbo is a stock re-man turbo with the wastegate pinned to maximize the boost. The exhaust is a stock down pipe into a 4" mid pipe, to a 5" tail pipe into a 6" tip. Would have to take a guess of around 300 Hp and 800 FTLBS.
