Runs and Drives!!! Comes with a clean title! Title is for a 1964 Volkswagen Beetle, the original title to the frame. This is a street legal Dune Buggy. It sits on a 1964 VW frame but is powered by a 1994 Toyota 1.8L DOHC Fuel Injected Engine. It has all the wiring and computer controls for it installed and running great. This project has been a lot of fun! Brand new BF Goodrich tires still have the "fuzz" on them. The engine was adapted to the original Volkswagen transmission with a custom adapter plate made from Kennedy Engineering.Fiberglass is in great condition only has minor blemishes. Four matching aluminum wheels, wider in the back and more narrow in the front.Custom bucket seats from Jegs with seat covers.Water Cooled with custom aluminum radiator.Custom 8 gallon fuel cell.Comes with new all new pans that simply need to be bolted in. The only bad about this project is that the pans are starting to rust through. Like I mentioned, new pans already come with it they just need installed. Could use a new paint job to make it "show quality" Also needs shift linkage adjusted in order to go into 1rst and reverse more smoothly.
