Up for grabs is a 1946 Chevrolet pick-up. Call it what you want- hot rod, rat rod, beater, it is what it is. '46 Cab chopped 6ix inches, 4 inches taken off the bottom. Custom two piece front glass is made out of safety glass, rear window is lexan. There are no side windows, but there is room to add them if you want. Interior has a custom made tunnel which house the radiator lines. The seat coverings were done by Sew Unique and is the same material used on tank seats. Engine is a '64 Chevy straight six hooked to a power-glide trans. Runs good. Rear is a Ford nine inch with 4 link suspension. Frame is a custom build from Beatnik's Hot Rods. Radiator is in the back, a aluminum one with mega fans. Front end is the stock 46 axle with Speedway componets and disc brakes. Bed is custom built and has ammo cans for carrying your stuff. This truck was on the cover of Grease Monkey Magazine and featured inside when it was completed, as well as a few issues showing the build process.
