2002 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 V-10 (gas) 5spd manual trans. 139K miles. Truck has a broken crankshaft according to mechanic. Engine ran GREAT till started knocking about 15 miles from home one day. It's not believed to have spun any bearings just apparently I was lucky enough to have a defective crankshaft. Engine will still run just when clutch is released and pressure is let off crankshaft starts to knock in lower end. Mechanic quoted approx. $1200 to replace crankshaft. Interior is near perfect, exterior has the usual Dodge faded paint on hood and cab roof, no rust or dents. 4x4 works great, 5spd transmission shifts fine, clutch is fairly new. On Jan-26-12 at 05:05:44 PST, seller added the following information: Truck has 4 new Cooper tires w/less than 500 miles, new fold out heated power tow mirrors and new exhaust from muffler back all less than 5oo miles.
