this auction is for a 1967 ford f100 long bed flareside (stepside) the long bed step side it a pretty rare option with only around 1000 made in 1967. this truck has been recently restored with new paint, new brakes, interior work, engine rebuilt and a new bed floor. it has had bedliner sprayed in the bed and around the bottom 6 inches of the cab and fenders. the paint is machinery paint and looks pretty good but needs buffed. machinery paint is just like auto paint but VERY tough and it buffs very well. there is rust on the rear of the cab that wasnt repaired when it was painted. the door panels on the interior have been painted also. the grill and bumpers have also been painted to match the white on the hood. this truck was starting its restoration when the 2nd owner had passed away. he had already spent 800 dollars on the motor, havent it rebuilt and and getting new points and plug wires also, it then sat for 4 years unitl last month when i started to finish it. i drained the gas tank and changed the oil and tranny fluid and it runs like a top. i have put about 200 miles on it in the last month or so and its been running great. it has new brake lines and a new brake master cylinder. it stops good but you have to pump the brakes a bit i think the brakes need bled again. it has a clean and clear title in my name. to see a video of a walkaround of the truck please click here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wka0HqogvUM to see a video of how easily it starts and to listen to it run click here.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FLpD4rQzJ8 shipping is up to the buyer if you have any questions at all please dont hesitate to email me.... thanks -caseyOn Jan-26-12 at 18:11:31 PST, seller added the following information: i just added some interior pictures, the driverside window does not roll down its missing the mechanism that rolls the window up and down. the dash pad is cracked in the middle from the sun beating down on it, and there is a little rust in the floors nut not that bad at all. the carpet is the factory rubber style and looks pretty good , you can only see the rust from underneath the cab. as always if you have any questions just let me know thanksOn Jan-26-12 at 19:35:18 PST, seller added the following information: i just wanted to add that if you have a feedback score of less than 10 please email me before you bid so i know your serious, i have been burned several times by low rating ebayers. if you dont i will just have to cancel your bid. also please be ready to actually buy this for whatever your bidding, incase i drop the reserve toward the end to the highest bidder. thanks alot and good luck bidding!
