This 1978 CJ was my BABY for several years of loving construction. However, due to moving to another circumstances require that I Need to find this Awesome Jeep a new home that will enjoy her. $19,750.00 Or Best Offer The Project started with a Jeep frame being Stripped and Power Coated with a high quality Black paint. The Jeep is for all practical purposes a BRAND NEW Vehicle. The engine is a AMC that has been completely redone. I, however do not have the specks that were done to the engine. I purchased the engine from a gentleman that had the engine rebuilt and before I could get the engine specs he passed away. I do know that the engine runs perfect and has "NO PROBLEMS" and is quite sufficient to Scare the Bejesus out of your passengers. The body is Kelvalar (not just fiberglass) Bright Yellow. The Roll-bar was custom built to fit some toys (see overhead console) ,Interior lights, Back up lights, Stop lights etc. The forward tilt front end makes access to the engine compartment a pleasure. Every bolt and fitting is either stainless Steel or Powder Coated. All parts installed were is best that we could find. Mean Green Starter and Alternator, High quality New Gages by ProCom and Auto-Meter. Most items were New. New fuel tank, new starter new Alternator, New Brakes New Gauges, NEW EVERYTHING that we could find. The front seats are used electric and out of a Wrecked Sports Car. (Good Shape) The rear seat was new to this jeep. It has under seat cushion storage. There is a lockable storage cabinet just behind the rear seat. There is a new console with room for your stereo. The sound system has not been installed except for some overhead speakers mounted in the Roll Bar, wiring to these speakers is in place. The tires are NEW and only have a few miles. The interior tub has been coated with a Black a Rino Liner. I have invested much much more in this Jeep than I am asking. The Jeep needs some front end work and a few goodies to complete the project.
