For sale is a 1997 triple crown mark III LE high top gmc conversion van. The van has 199,800 miles. The motor was replaced with a used one from salvage yard about 2 years ago and has about 80,000 miles on it, The trans has 0 miles, it was rebuilt at the same time the motor was swapped out. I took the van for a drive down some streets after it was installed and it seemed like it shifted fine. I couldn't take it on the highway or drive too far cause the motor is not running 100%, the warranty for the trans has run out, but it shifted fine and went into reverse with no problem. The van has been sitting for about 2 years now do to what i think is the fuel pump going bad and loss interest in getting it back on the road. It could use a detail, brakes, maybe a tire or two, and seems like it needs a fuel pump. Sometimes it starts, and sometimes it doesn't. When it does start it runs rough, and stalls sometimes,. Sometimes it starts and runs fine and can drive it. Even after sitting for months i can put a jump box on it and it starts up "if it wants to" and it doesn't smoke, tap, or knock. The check engine light comes on with a mass air flow sensor dtc code. The van has normal wear and tear for a vehicle with as many miles as it does. The exterior has some scratches, dings, and the grill is cracked. The interior could use a cleaning and has some rips in the seat's. It has a tv/vcr, rear folding bed, center captains chairs, rear sub woofer, everything a high top conversion van would have. We no longer need it and don't want to put anymore money into it.
