About the truck: I have for sale a 2003 Ford F-150 Supercrew 5.4L Triton V-8 4WD. It's in very good condition. I am the 3rd owner. It has 183k miles on it. I've put the last 20k on it. The truck has been well maintained and taken care of by the previous owners as well. Motor: The motor is the big 5.4L Triton with automatic transmission. There are no modifications to the trucks performance except for a flowmaster exhaust system that was installed April 2011. It has a 4" chome exhaust tip. The transmission shifts smooth in and out of all gears. The truck is equipped with O/D for any small hauling projects. I pulled my 21 Ft Crownline boat 40 miles to Frenchmans Lake in Ca. over the summer a few times. Didn't even know it was back there. The motor is, to me, as strong as it probably was 9 yrs ago new. The 4WD performs flawlessly with no problems. Engages and disengages perfectly! Trim: XLT Interior: Interior is gray cloth. Very nice condition. One small dime tear in the drivers seat caused from getting in and out. Factory A/C blows cold! It has full width seats in the front and back with adjusting middle console. AM/FM Radio and CD player works great. The truck has aftermarket tint installed. Power everything except the seats. Sliding rear window, P/B, P/S, Tilt, Cruise, Adjustable pedals and 4WD on the dash. There is an overhead console with 2 compartments for storing little things and temperature gauge and whatnot. I also have the factory manual in the glove compartment. Exterior: Windshield and all windows are in great condition. The color of the truck is Cherry Red. This is the original color. It is very shiny and glossy as you can see by the pics. It is equipped with disc brakes all the way around. It has stock aluminum 16" rims mounted on 285/75/16 tires with 50% tread left! It has a LineX Sprayed in bed liner, matching Snug Top (exact, exact, exact match!) and a Tow Package. Comes with an almost new spare tire. Fog Lights are perfect and operational. Surprisingly, barely any rock chips on the hood. Check out the pics. Flaws: Small damage to drivers side door. Long story short. Strong winds pushed the door out of my grip and the door buckled backwards a bit. Took it to a local shop (Paramount Auto Body in Reno) and had them do a quick fix to the door. They fixed the hinges but they didn't do so great of a job on the outside door/fender repair. But I got what I paid for, as I had little money to spend. Thus, you can see where the damage occurred on the driver's door. No worries, the door functions properly and you don't even notice it unless your looking at it or for it. Couple little door dings here and there. Nothing major. Rear bumper has a couple little dents in it from the previous owners. Nothing major. I'm just trying to tell you all I can about the truck's imperfections so your not surprised when you get here. The truck has normal wear and blemishes from being 9 years old. If your expecting brand new, this is not the auction your wanting. If your expecting a nice clean used truck, this is the truck for you. I do not know where the accident occurred on the truck. The previous owner never told me. I've looked everywhere for any kind of 2nd paint job or any kind of "newer" part and I can't find anything. The truck is CLEAN all the way around. Frame is straight, your guess is as good as mine! Also on the Auto Check is something about 2 EVENT's being reported. 1 is for the accident the truck was in, in '04. The other is about a Lien. Maybe this was something with the 1st owner having a Lien and maybe falling behind on payments until they were able to sell to the 2nd owner (I don't know just a guess). I then paid cash for the truck late Feb 2011 and got it registered on March 22, 2011. Title: I hold clear, clean NV title in my name only. So the process will be easy. Just you and me! If you wish for a bill of sale, let me know and I will have it all drawn out and printed for both our records. Overall: The truck is awesome. Just what is noted above are the flaws. The truck is ready to roll. The truck comes from California originally. It passed smog there 8 yrs and passed smog here in NV in 2011 without a problem. I would trust my truck, without hesitation, to drive to NY City and back with an oil change in between!!! The truck has NO leaks, doesn't burn oil or smoke. I don't know what else to say, it's ready to go! All sales are final. Buyer is aware the vehicle is being sold AS-IS. No warranties expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for picking up the truck or having it shipped to his/her location. $500 deposit via paypal is required less than 48hrs after auctions end. This $500 is non-refundable and will be taken off the final price of the truck upon the sale. If buyer should default on the terms of agreement of the sale, the seller (me) will keep the buyers $500 deposit. All sales are final. No other considerations will be made after final sale. Note- I will drive the truck to any location less than 500 miles away. Of course my payment in return will be a ride from your location to a local airport, plane ticket back home to Reno, NV, and $250 cash. Won't find any shipping cheaper than that!
