Vehicle Detail

This is a Suzuki Sidekick JLX with the 1.6L 16 valve engine. It has 4wd with manual locking hubs and a selectable transfer case (4wdLo, 4wdHi, N, and 2wdHi), 4wd is tested and functions as it should. The JLX is the premium trim of the Sidekicks and has power windows / locks / mirrors, cruise control, A/C and heat (I have confirmed that the a/c compressor engages when turned on and disengages when turned off), and a tilting steering wheel. The vehicle runs and drives well, never fails to start, and gets good gas mileage for what it is. I drive it to work every few days so the mileage will change a small amount. Lots of space inside and comfortable seats. No rust on the vehicle that I have found; none on the exterior, interior, or on the bottom. The vehicle is setup for flat towing as you can see in the front picture. Has an alarm with loud horn that the previous owner told me was installed by Suzuki. My mechanic recently replaced the in-tank fuel pump and filter. The check engine light is on and it is showing code 51 for EGR. My mechanic cleaned the EGR valve but the CEL did not go off and it is still showing code 51 so the cleaning was unsucessful and the EGR valve needs replaced. This vehicle is also missing the CD player, well actually the CD player setup is in the back; I guess the previous owner really wanted the CD out of it and he took it apart to get it out. The sound system does work however as I have plugged the CD player back in and it will turn on and play music if you hold the faceplate on. Tires are in good shape but the vehicle could use an alignment as it wanders to the left if you let go of the steering wheel. In the pictures you will see that the paint is scuffed on the front bumper, passengers side as well as the rear bumper in a few little spots. I tried to list everything about the vehicle that I could think of, if you have any questions or want any pictures of anything send me an email and I will reply as quick as I can. There are a few problems that I listed above, but this vehicle is in good shape and will reliably get you where you are going.
