2000 Volkswagen Golf TDI GLS featuring the legendary 1.9L Turbo Diesel. This car runs and drives just perfect. The 1.9L engine starts right up no matter how cold it is outside and it sounds healthy. The timing belt has already been replaced. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts perfect and the clutch grabs strong with no slippages. The fuel mileage is excellent and it gets an honest 40-44 mpg! I've driven this car many times and it runs great and it drives very good. It is very tight and comfortable. This car has the GLS trim so you have the power windows, power door locks, sun-roof, cruise control, a/c, heat, side airbags and 2 keys. The interior pretty much is very clean and well kept for its age and year. The plastics on the radio are broken but the radio still works. You can replace it used for no more than $50, but again it still works. The outside as you can see has its scuffs and scratches and a dent here and there, I've taken some close up photos so please view them all. Back in 2001 DMV did not report the miles on autocheck so for some reason autocheck does not show them up and that is why the score is so low. However the miles are true and they are 159,228 Original.
