1986, First year production for this classic bodystyle celica. Let me start off by saying that this car has no body rot, it has been garaged its entire life, the car has 70k original miles. Everything power, and everythings works as it should. Always Premium fuel, Always castrol Syntec. Everything is stock and unmolested. Always garaged. It sat for a few years undriven and about 3 years ago was brought back to life with a valve cover gasket job, timing belt and waterpump replacement, new radiator, full tune up including ngk wires and a few other odds and ends. within the last month a new exhaust was installed along with a new battery. This GT-S is a great example and its grey on grey color will only make it more desirable for years to come, however it is not perfect and does have its share of minor needs, i will list them so that there are no surprises. (1) the most noticeable is a tear in the bottom seam of the driver seat, see pic. (2) there are a few scratches here and there that have been tastefully touched up and are barely noticeable. (3) Tires have good thread but might need to be balanced soon (4) may need a new starter soon, however depending on the final sale price of the car i might just install it for the new owners. I drive this car every day now so there will be added mileage on the odo at the end of the sale. No dents, No rust, Everything works as it should, windows, ac, heat, mirrors, radio, EVERYTHING WORKS. I have to sell the car because i have lost my parking garage and do not want it sitting outside during the winter. Its been garaged its entire life and should go to a good home where it will be well cared for. I dont have a really good camera, so some of the pics are not so good, if there are any extra pics that you would like just contact me and i will try to take some. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere, the closest airport here is Newark (EWR). If the winning bidder would like to fly in and drive the car home i will try my best to accomodate you. If you choose to ship the car ill try my best to accomodate the shipping company.
