This car is being sold with a New York State 907A Salvage certificate. I can get a Mass Salvage title, it takes 7 to 10 days after the car is fully paid for and is a $50. state charge. Please check your local laws to see what needs to be done to register it in your state. I bought this car as a flood vehicle, I can`t find evidence of water over the floor. This car still smells like new leather. It is in EXCELLENT original condition. It will NOT start. The motor turns by hand in the wrong direction. It will not turn forward. By hand or by starter. I was told it must have jumped time and its a cam timing problem. The starter is out, that is how I turned the motor by hand.
