Vehicle Detail

For sale is my 2 owner Grand Cherokee Limited. In it's life it has been babied, never off-road, fully documented, and never in an accident. The previous owner bought it new from a dealer in Dublin Ohio, she took the vehicle in for ALL schedule maintenance, and for ALL (and I mean ALL) minor issues, I have all of the paperwork to prove it. She was a single woman in her mid-40's, an attorney for the federal gov't; I bought it from her in December of 2003 with about 81,000 miles on the clock. My purpose for buying this car was to use it as my second vehicle for runs to Home Depot, bad weather, etc. In the years of my ownership I've averaged about 5000 miles a year on it, and rarely used it for anything other than back and forth from work, and a few trips to Ohio; it's never left me stranded, and has always been dependable. I never planned on selling it, however, now that I'm married with kids, our small, sporty, primary cars have transitioned to SUVs, leaving my trusty Jeep obsolete for what I always used it for. With no intention to ever sell it, I never mistreated the vehicle, or skimped on service for it. The service history is lengthy, but primarily only preventive issues. All of the receipts that I have from the previous owner are for normal wear and tear items, nothing dramatic or unusual. Since I've owned the Jeep I've had the following done by my mechanic: -Synthetic oil changes every 3 months - within any 3 month block I never put more than 3000 miles on the vehicle -At 95,000 miles the tranny was rebuilt -At 100,000 miles a new exhaust and muffler were installed -At 113,000 miles new rear tires were put on - all of the fluids were also changed at that time -At 120,000 miles the brake pads, ebrake pads, and ebrake cables were all replaced -At 122,500 miles rancho shocks were installed on the rear, the fronts are perfectly find -At 123,000 miles it cleanly passed Virginia emissions and inspection The vehicle runs like a top, it always starts right up, and has only a few minor issues; they're as follows: -Rust on the bottom of the tailgate -The tailgate struts are bad, I've bought new ones, they're included in the sale -AC will need to be recharged -There is a resistor for the climate control located behind a panel held by a couple screws in the glove box, it needs to be replaced. According to what I've found on line it's a cheap part, and a quick fix. -The antenna is broken, however I still get great reception -The rear wiper only works about 75% of the time -The passenger side door speaker is blown, it only makes noise when the radio is up loud - I hardly ever hear the distortion -The paint could use some work if so desired, the mechanics of the vehicle was always the most important to me, so it could use a wax. As you can see in the photos there are some scrapes and marks in the paint, there are no major dents or dings.
