1971 buick skylark. this is a very solid project car. i dropped the small block in this summer but never finished up the exhuast or wiring (it was already set up for a sbc). basically everything is hooked up and wired but when i hit the key the starter didnt engage (everything else seemed to work, lights, heater blower and so on). i think the exciter wire maybe the culprit. there are manifolds but no exhuast from them back. there is also no gas tank (it was removed by ther previous owner in anticipation of buying a new one and that never happend) i think i have a used one from a chevelle id be glad to give up but really they arent that much money new. the brakes are hard and do work. the body of this car is very solid. floors, trunk, frame, quarters, fenders, doors are all in good shape. there is a little bone in the lower rear quarters but the car looks good and its not packed with filler. over all a very easy winter project for a father and son or what have you. you can easily be driveing this car in a weekend or 2 at most. this is an ac car and everything is there except the pump and hoses. ask questions or better yet come look in person. like i said this is a very SOLID NY car, easy easy project for a mediocre car guy at least. yea the pictures suck, the car is stored in a garage out of the elements and there is no electric for lights. come see it in person. i am looking for somthing else. maybe a big harley, or other muscle type cars/trucks...pre 1981. also looking for a UTV 4 wheeler. local pickup only. there are many shipping companies that will fight for your buisness, you can use that to you advantage and get the cheapest price. google auto transport. my zip code is 14883.
