You are bidding on a 1967 Buick Skylark Special station wagon. This car is full of original rat rod patina. The car is an original Kansas car, so it has typical rust, but nothing too major and it's just enough to give the car rat rod character. This is a 3 owner car. The car has its original buick wheels with good tires. The V8 engine has been replaced for a later model 3.8L Buick V6 engine and 3 Speed automatic transmission. Along with the drivetrain swap they upgraded to an Aluminum Edelbrock intake,Edelbrock 4 Barrell carb and Dual exhaust. The car has had a recent radiator replacement and it runs cool. This wagon runs smooth and has pretty good power for a 6 cylinder. I have a spare starter and new brake booster I am including in the auction. The car spent most of its early days as a family travel vehicle and still has many of the stickers from places visited such as: Yellow Stone, Fort Knox, British Columbia, Idaho, Montana, etc.... The interior is all original and in decent condition. It has the original AM radio and it's a factory a/c car. The electric rear window even still works with a little help. You're looking a cool project car to cruise in this is the car. I drove it home without any problems, but the new owner needs have it trailered due to soft brakes and it hasn't been on the road in a few years. This car is sold as-is where-is.
