[Someone asked if I would take less than $10.5k for a buy it now price, so there you go, I have adjusted the listing to a $10,450 BIN, so its all yours if you are serious about it.] If you are looking for a great car that gets fantastic gas milage look no further. I have owned this car for the past 8 years and it has been a great car - no issues at all. Fully serviced and maintained at the local Acura dealership. This car is easily worth $12-$13 grand, but I am offering it for less due to the accident history. Regarding the accident, it was in 2007 and the side protection airbag deployed -- it saved my head from going through the glass (like it is suppose to). It was repaired and had every damaged part replaced by all Acura parts at David McDavid Acura in Plano Texas -- it has had ZERO problems since that time, well over 4 years ago. I just mention it because I want to be fully up front about the cars history -- check my eBay feedback - this is my 4th car to sell on eBay and I tell it like it is. Overall the car is in great condition, but it is 8 years old and has a few flaws -- I have done my best to show them in the pictures -- they are the peeling paint on the front bumper (not damaged, just peeling - a quick repaint will take care of it) and a small dent on the hood, about the size of a quarter where someone backed in to it in a parking lot (looks like a trailer hitch mark) and did not have the decency to leave a note - big surprise. Tires are in good condition and have plenty of life left -- brakes were replaced and have about 75% left according to the dealer. Car is non-smokers car, and other than normal wear and tear from getting out of drivers seat, leather is great -- no rips or tears / no smells. I have included pictures that show the overall condition, but if you want something else feel free to email and ask. Again, this car averages (for me) about 22 mpg city and 30+ hwy, and has been a great car with no issues. We are moving to a SUV (need more space) for those that wonder why we are getting rid of it. FYI - I have clear title in hand for an easy transaction. Car is sold as is / where is with no warranty express or implied.
