For sale we have a rare 1999 Mercedes Benz E-300 Turbo DIESEL. This benz was recently traded-in for a newer vehicle and that is how we got it. The car runs and drives great. The motor start right up no matter how cold it is with no smoke. The engine is clean and it sounds solid. With 134-K miles this motor hasn't even broken in yet. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly smooth with no delays or slippages. I've personally driven this car many times and I love the smooth ride the car provides and all the torque it has thanks to the turbo. The turbo spools up just perfect. While driving I was getting an honest 23 city and 32 hway which is about normal. People say that they get up to 38 mpg which is true but you gotta have the cruise set at 55 mph to get that kinda mpg- sounds fun! Looking at the outside body there's really no dings or dents or scratches on the car. The car does have the common Mercedes problem which is the surface rust bubbling on the outside body. The rust is only surface and minor which could easily be taken care of for no more than $400-$500 tops. I've taken many close up pictures so please make sure you view all 85 photos. I've also taken pictures of the undercarriage so you can see that it is bone dry and rock solid with no rust or rot. Looking at the interior, the previous owner took very good care of it. There's little to no signs of wear or tear in the inside. Everything works good as it should. The car does have the CD magazine in the trunk along with the rubber floor mats. There are no pixel fading in the dash board, there are no check engine lights, no service reminders no stories with this car! It drives great and if you like what you see I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed at the way it drives. I've looked at the carfax and there are no accidents reported on the car.
