1982 Honda XR

1982 Honda XR-80. The bike had sat in my garage for about five years since last ran. My daughter out grew it and moved off to college. I had drained the carburetor when parked and after adding fresh fuel, it started with ONE KICK! It starts, idles, shifts and runs perfect! There is no rust in the tank. The bike has a slow leak in the front tube and the tires could be replaced. Also, the rims are showing rust since parked. The air filter deteriorated when I went to clean it, so needs a new one. The only other issue I know of is that the left side number plate is missing the forward upper mounting tab and left side tank wing decal is missing a piece. My dog had chewed the seat cover and foam, so I decided to replace them before selling as it looked bad (cover & foam cost me $125). The bike was only wiped down, so should look better with a spray wash. This would make a great inexspensive bike for that deserving person and doesn't need much to be really nice (decal, tires, tube, air filter). Bill of Sale included. Need to get it sold, so NO RESERVE!
